I am an employer in a business of trading furs and fur. I had problems with one of my workers because of his resignation during sick leave.
The worker, after an illness, was given a leave of two months. Two weeks before the leave expires I notified his resignation. And at the end of the leave he has not returned to work.
I demanded his return to complete the notice, but he declined whereas the two weeks following the resignation letter as notice. Then I reported to the Collective Agreement of fur found on the site convention collective-fr.com, and found that the notice given for a period of leave the employee begins to use after the return of that below. The worker did not comply with these provisions, owed me compensation. And I did not hesitate to ask.
